A REDDITCH road was closed for more than half-an-hour on Monday after two cars were involved in a collision.
About 17 firefighters, including two station officers, were called to Bromsgrove Highway near Webheath shortly after 9am.
A fire spokesman said crews had to cut the roof away from the one car which had gone off the road and down an embankment before ending up on its side against a tree.
A woman was taken to the Alexandra Hospital.
